Arc Circle

Your customers, already filled in

Circle is the business side of Arc. Contacts, pipelines and one timeline per person — built from what genuinely happened, so it is right without anyone typing it in.

A CRM that is not mostly empty

The reason CRMs fail is data entry. Circle starts from what already happened.

Contacts that arrive on their own

Somebody orders, books, or requests a viewing and they are a contact — with the thing that made them one recorded beside them.

One honest timeline

Orders, bookings, deals and correspondence in a single sorted history. It is derived, so an order that later refunds does not still read as 'placed'.

Pipelines

Move real work through stages you define, with the events kept so you can see how a deal actually moved.

Correspondence, only when you put it there

A conversation appears on a timeline because somebody attached it — never because Arc swept up every message you have ever sent.

Seats and roles

Staff get their own access with a real role. What somebody did is recorded against the authority they had at the time.

Kai drafts, you approve

Kai writes the follow-up, proposes the next step, and never acts alone — the thing you approve is what becomes the record.

Referrals between businesses

Pass work to another business without handing over your book

You can refer a customer to another Arc business and be credited for it. What crosses between the two businesses is deliberately tiny: the inviting business's name, and nothing else. Not your notes, not the deal, not who owns the relationship.

  • A referral is recorded and credited
  • Only the business name crosses — by a whitelist, not by omission
  • A column added to contacts later cannot start leaking by default

Questions, answered

Do I have to import anything?

No. Circle fills itself from activity that already happens on Arc — orders, bookings, viewings and enquiries. You can add contacts by hand as well, but you do not start from an empty database.

Can my staff use it?

Yes. Seats give staff their own access with a role, and actions are recorded against the role they held at the time rather than just a name.

What does Kai actually do?

Kai drafts and proposes — a follow-up message, a next step on a deal. A person approves it, and the approved thing becomes the record. Kai does not act on your business by itself.

Does Circle read my messages?

No. A conversation only appears on a contact's timeline if somebody deliberately attached it. Correspondence is opt-in, per conversation.
