The food your community actually eats
Take reservations, offer catering, and get found by the people who want exactly what you make — not buried under chains on a delivery app.
Reservations + catering live · ordering for collection rolling out
For the people who make the food
Reservations, catering and discovery — with collection ordering next.
Take a table booking
List your restaurant or café and let people reserve a table — instant confirmation, no per-cover commission.
Offer catering
Weddings, functions, langar — quote and get hired through Arc Trade, with the money held in escrow until it's done.
Get found locally
Your place appears in Arc Table and on your own page — and every local restaurant, café and takeaway is already in the open directory to claim.
Claim your listing
If your place is already in the directory from open data, claim it and turn it into bookings and offers in a tap.
Member offers
Publish an offer for Arc members and turn a quiet Tuesday into a full room — free to run.
Collection ordering (next)
Order-and-collect for bakeries, takeaways and home kitchens is rolling out — pay in Arc, collect in person, no delivery-app markup.
You keep the relationship, and the margin
Delivery apps take a third of every order and own your customer. Arc doesn't. A reservation costs you nothing, catering is a flat 3%, and the customer is yours — you're the business they found, not a listing they scrolled past.
- No per-cover commission on reservations
- 3% on catering, held in escrow
- Your customers, your data
Questions, answered
Can I take orders for collection?
Order-and-collect — pay in Arc, collect in person, no shipping — is rolling out for bakeries, takeaways and home kitchens. Reservations and catering are live now.
My restaurant is already listed — how?
Local places are seeded from open data (OpenStreetMap). If yours is there, claim it and it becomes yours to run — bookings, offers and all.
Is there a business app?
Arc for Business — one web console to run everything you do on Arc — is coming soon. No date yet; it'll be named on the homepage roadmap.
Fill the room
